Everything was fine.

It's a great location. It's a quiet street. Simple, cozy and welcoming.

Guests can easily explore the charming streets and visit nearby attractions. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. the staff at the reception desk is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience.

There were occasional disturbances from neighboring rooms, which affected the quality of sleep for some guests.

Every time I came to the hotel, I somehow remembered Professor Pleischner on Flower Street in Bern. By the way, there are flowers on all the windows around. That said a lot...

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the old city, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy all the Christmas festivities. the check-in process was hassle-free and the staff was friendly and helpful. Another advantage was the abundance of toilets available, ensuring we never had to wait long to use one.

The breakfast left much to be desired. It lacked variety and options, making it difficult to have a satisfying meal.

Management was very helpful in allowing us to switch rooms after we realized that the room we booked through Booked.net was for one double bed (not a double room) and it was in a room with no windows and shared with 6 other people (again, not just a simple double room). We switched to a normal room for only 231Kr more per night.

I did not like that it was difficult to find in one far corner of Old Town; that Booked.net did not describe the room clearly; that we were unaware of the additional charge for use of sheets, and; that the internet was so unstable that it was practically unusable.

Convenient location, just minutes away from the old town square with restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. Small but convenient breakfast included, a nice way to start the day. - Free-to-use kitchen available all day. - Good-sized rooms for the price paid. - Free luggage room. - Lovely common area to meet other guests. - Well-equipped kitchen with an oven. - Mixed age groups and diverse travelers, creating a nice environment. - Individual showers for privacy. - a very safe place to stay.

Felt very happy, no reason to complain.

Nothing was really really good

Nobody to welcome us. Wifi signal is really few and really slow! Got it only 10minutes... Bathroom was dirty

Location was the best. It is quiet. Not too close to the bars, not too far from them. Very close to main touristic sites. The hostel itself was very clean, had helpful staff and was extremely recommendable.

Bed matresses were not the strongest quality of the old town lodge.
